As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers during your shift, focusing on quality, service, and cleanliness. Your role will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the team meets McDonald's standards while also maintaining safety, security, and profitability.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance
• Ensure team meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for upcoming shifts
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals
• Manage food safety and internal communication
• Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
• Train and schedule crew members
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quality food production
