About The Position

GIAIMO MANAGEMENT is a locally owned franchise with 8 restaurants, offering tons of opportunity for growth and development. We are looking for a Shift Manager who will lead shifts every week, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during every visit. The Shift Manager will provide leadership to crew members and other managers during their shifts, focusing on maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, and communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for success. Additionally, Shift Managers will be responsible for meeting targets and helping their assigned departments achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.

• Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance.
• Train and manage crew members.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
