Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight shifts.
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Must be available to work Monday through Thursday from 10 PM to 6 AM.
• Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests during overnight hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist members with check-in and membership inquiries using our software systems.
• Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues to ensure safety.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawer accurately at the end of the shift.
• Promote membership deals and programs to enhance member engagement.
• Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth overnight operations.
