About The Position

Centrex Distributors has an opening for a mechanic to join our overnight team. Centrex is fast paced, high volume environment, owning our own fleet of trucks, trailers, and warehouse industrial equipment we are looking to add talented, skilled, hardworking individuals to our team!

The overnight mechanic preforms preventative maintenance and repairs on the company fleet of Class A and B delivery trucks. This position is also responsible to respond to any maintenance issues or repairs to our conveyor system during the overnight order selecting operation.

Requirements

• Automotive and machinery knowledge
• Driver's license required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with diesel engines preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures the operation of vehicles and warehouse machinery by completing preventive maintenance
• Diagnose and preform repairs on company fleet vehicles and equipment
• Respond to service calls from company delivery drivers
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory levels, ordering need parts and supplies as needed, and verifying receipt
