About The Position

By joining our team you will be joining a team where the Owners, Director Of Operations, Area Supervisors and General Managers all began as crew! We provide the tools and resources for you to grow with us. We are hiring Overnight Shift Managers with full time availability starting at $18/hour. These shifts typically run 10pm-6am. We are also hiring part time managers that are just looking for a few shifts a week!

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
