We are currently seeking an experienced and service oriented candidate for the position of Overnight Manager of Guest Relations In this role you will oversee the overnight operations of the Front Office departments and provide support to the daytime Guest Relations Managers You will also be responsible for overseeing the overnight Valet Housekeeping and Security teams Your primary duties will include upholding our companys high levels of service fostering a positive team culture and ensuring the security of the hotel Conflict resolution and problem solving skills will be essential in this role As a successful candidate you must possess excellent communication and computer skills Additionally you should be a team player and be available to work weekends and holidays Previous experience in Room Division is a must
