About The Position

Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties, located out of Piscataway, NJ has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company. Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. We are currently seeking a part time Overnight Maintenance/Porter to work out of our Edison, NJ location. Potential to become Full Time. Schedule: Friday Saturday & Sunday 11p-7am.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance of Laundromat
• Thoroughly cleaning laundromat
• Tending to customers in Laundromat
