Employee Recognition & Rewards : A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication How you will make a difference : The LVN / LPT is responsible for providing direct client care, including medication administration and supervising the nursing activities of unit staff. Key duties include ordering, preparing, and documenting medications according to physician orders and confirming pharmacy deliveries. The role also requires communicating important information to the team, writing weekly client summaries as assigned, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation throughout the shift. This position also performs other related duties as needed. Division/Program Overview: The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility. Designed to help adult residents, ages 18-59, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community.
