This is a physically active overnight role with frequent stops and palletized freight You will be in and out of the vehicle throughout the shift You will operate a 26' box truck with a liftgate Freight is moved using a pallet jack; lifting and pushing are required Soreness is normal during the first week while your body adjusts Routes and schedules are set and consistent, with limited flexibility If you prefer a desk job, highly flexible scheduling, or minimal physical activity, this role is likely not a fit. Job Description: As an Overnight Delivery Driver, you will operate a 26-foot box truck equipped with a liftgate to complete scheduled local business ‑ to ‑ business deliveries across the Phoenix metro area. Routes originate from our Chandler warehouse and are completed overnight using liftgate and pallet jack equipment. You'll run a scheduled overnight route, provided reliable equipment, and supported with modern in‑truck technology to help you work safely and efficiently. Requirements

• 21+ years of age (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR
• Comfortable working overnight hours and maintaining alertness during late hours
• Ability to safely maneuver large vehicles in tight delivery areas, docks, and yards
• Comfortable using mobile apps, electronic routing tools, and email
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and physically demanding conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Able to work independently and follow structured processes
• Strong communication and customer‑service mindset
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a 26' box truck or similar commercial vehicle (preferred)
• Experience using liftgates and pallet jacks (preferred)
• Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26' box truck on assigned overnight routes
• Complete scheduled business‑to‑business pickups and deliveries throughout the Phoenix area
• Operate liftgate and pallet jack equipment to load, unload, and move palletized freight
• Secure freight properly and confirm load stability before transport
• Navigate warehouse yards, docks, and delivery sites with limited supervision
• Adhere strictly to delivery windows for time ‑ critical freight
• Use company‑issued mobile technology for routing, updates, and documentation
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain delivery accuracy and on‑time performance
• Represent Above and Beyond Delivery with professionalism at all customer locations
• Communicate delays, route issues, equipment concerns, or heat‑related fatigue promptly
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, organized, and professional
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and DOT/insurance requirements
• Work Schedule Overnight routes - home daily Typical start time around 2:00 am Routed schedules Overtime opportunities may be available based on volume
