This position involves leading a team of hourly team members, planning daily/weekly workload to support business priorities, and ensuring a consistent experience for our guests by managing product availability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understanding sales goals, plans and executing daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.
• Leading and sharing expertise in operations, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establishing clear goals and expectations and holding team members accountable to expectations.
• Utilizing workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload ensuring areas are guest ready at store open.
• Assigning daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns.
• Assessing all GM backroom and sales floor areas and reviewing reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve any issues identified.
• Leading and following-up on organizational and operational change.
• Building a team of GM experts from initial selection through onboarding and learning.
• Demonstrating inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches.
• Leading a safety culture through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors.
• Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive up.
