THE BASICS Pay : As our Overnight HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll earn $27.93 per hour plus shift differential pay . Schedule : The position is full-time and runs from Sunday to Thursday, with hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM . Some maintenance and repair work will be included as a part of your routine duties, as time permits. You'll handle emergency situations should they arise and determine if back-up is needed to safely continue operations. A cool head under pressure will be key. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OVERNIGHT HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN High school diploma or equivalent Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal CFC license A third-grade e ngineer l icense, OSHA 10, experience with boiler and chiller maintenance, and an existing building investigation (BBI) for federal facilities are highly desired.
