Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal CFC license

Nice To Haves

• A third-grade engineer license
• OSHA 10
• Experience with boiler and chiller maintenance
• An existing building investigation (BBI) for federal facilities
