About The Position

Essential Functions: Provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests Changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms Make sure our rooms are fully stocked, and clean Change bed linen and make beds Replace used towels Vacuum carpets Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo) Report any technical issues and maintenance needs Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services) Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift Follow hotel security guidelines Physical Demands STANDING/WALKING: Constantly KNEELING/CRAWLING: Constantly STOOPING (BEND AT WAIST): Constantly TWISTING (KNEES/WAIST/NECK): Constantly REACHING (OVERHEAD/EXTENSION): Constantly HANDLING/GRASPING: Constantly CROUCHING (BEND AT KNEES): Frequently BALANCING: Frequently
Requirements
- Full-time position.
- Shift Times: 10:00 PM until
- Previous hotel experience preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Must be in full uniform every shift.
- Customer service attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities
