About The Position

NOBU Hotel Atlanta, the state-of-the-art addition to the world-renowned NOBU Hospitality brand, is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Housekeeping House Person. Following the Nobu, philosophies you will maintain guest corridors and linen closets and other assigned areas . We are looking for people with positive attitudes and exceptional communication skills who can work a flexible schedule that accommodates the needs of the business .

Responsibilities

  • Review assignment sheet and update completed assignments.
  • Check with supervisor and housekeeping office for additional assignments throughout the shift.
  • Review assigned areas and complete general removal of trash and debris.
  • Stock assigned housekeeping closets with supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets, remove trash, sweep, mop, and remove non-closet items and place in proper storage.
  • Ensure that stairwells are free of trash, and nothing is stored in stairwells.
  • Vacuum hallways
  • Dust frames, mirrors, fire extinguisher boxes, exit signs, air vents on assigned areas, Clean all lamps, light fixtures, and light switches, check for proper working conditions.
  • Remove dust, fingerprints and marks from doors and frames.
  • Remove stains, scuff marks, and dust from baseboards, ledges and corners.
  • Clean room and suite windows
  • Report any damage or maintenance problems to supervisor.
  • Assist Room Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently.
  • Report all maintenance needs and special cleaning needs.
  • Collect dirty linen and garbage from Room Attendants’ carts and closets.
