About The Position

Marian House is seeking a compassionate and reliable Overnight House Manager to help maintain a safe, supportive living environment for residents. This role provides overnight support, ensures house safety, and helps residents stay on track with daily routines and program expectations. Responsibilities include monitoring the house, completing shift logs, supporting household tasks, orienting new residents, overseeing visitors, and conducting urinalysis screenings as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, calm under pressure, and able to balance accountability with empathy. Experience with substance use, mental health, or residential settings is preferred. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Peer Recovery Specialist certification is a plus. Schedule: Overnight shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays. Reliable transportation required; valid Maryland driver's license preferred. At Marian House, we value dignity, respect, and community.
