Right at Home Des Moines is seeking dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides to provide companion and personal cares to our clients living in the Des Moines Metro Area. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Car Insurance
- Pass Background Check
- Ability to be reliable and dependable
- Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities
- Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
- Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
- Provide delegated nursing tasks
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate
- Provide transportation as needed
