Responsibilities
- Companionship and Homemaking
- Provide warm conversation and emotional comfort
- Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
- Support bedtime routines and morning care
- Ensure client safety, stability, and peace of mind throughout the night
- Personal Care (PCA and CNA roles)
- Assist with bathing, toileting, and overall hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being
