[Full Time] Overnight Grocery Team Member I

Food prep and packing, stocking, special projects and cleaning are some of the Team Member tasks. Working at the Co-op is a great opportunity to learn and grow professionally while participating in building our community and supporting the local economy. Our Overnight Staff receive: 10% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL for every hour worked during shifts that include 12am-4am 10-hour shifts, 4-day work week
Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8 or more hours
- Self-motivated, organized, responsible, flexible
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, knee, squat, twist, reach throughout the shift
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Willingness and ability to grow to meet the changing requirements of the job
- Weekend, evening and some holidays availability
