Overnight Grocery Team Lead - Full Time
About The Position
OVERNIGHT GROCERY TEAM LEAD: Hourly Lead Person in the Grocery Department and responsible for the direct supervision of the 'back door', backroom and salesfloor during the early AM stock shift. This person's primary duties include working with the Department's midnight stockers and support crew to see the Department is stocked and merchandised in the manner specified. Particularly emphasis is placed on distributing work within the Department, ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, merchandising, record keeping, inventory [Backstock Control], scanner maintenance, and housekeeping. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned including an Aisle Clerk's responsibility for a designated Section within the Department.
Requirements
- Availability: Midnight Crew -- 5-days, and 35+ hours per week or as required to perform the job.
- Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.

- Previous Work Experience: Prefer a Senior Aisle Clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities or the potential to succeed.
