Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination to handle the fast-paced multitasking that comes with preparing quality food.
• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service every shift.

Responsibilities

• Master the Grille: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items quickly and accurately to keep our guests satisfied.
• Stay Safe and Clean: Follow all health and safety standards to ensure food is fresh, delicious, and handled with care.
• Keep It Organized: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Support the Team: Assist with restocking and prepping for the morning crew to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Deliver Legendary Service: Greet guests with a smile and provide the top-notch service Snappy’s is known for, even during late-night hours.
