We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and highly responsible Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to support our Dallas market. This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity, safety, and service standards across multiple properties during overnight hours. The Overnight Front Desk Supervisor serves as the primary overnight escalation point, provides on-site property checks, responds to emergency calls, supports overnight concierge teams, and fills last-minute overnight shifts when needed. This position requires flexibility, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently while representing Stratton Amenities with professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Open availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple properties

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or overnight operations
  • Experience handling after-hours operations, emergencies, or on-call responsibilities
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-level service

Responsibilities

  • Conduct overnight site visits and property check-ins across assigned Dallas locations
  • Ensure overnight concierge coverage and step in to cover shifts during call-outs or emergencies
  • Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for urgent issues, incidents, and escalations
  • Respond to emergency calls and follow established protocols and reporting procedures
  • Monitor service quality, staffing, and adherence to SOPs during overnight operations
  • Support and guide overnight concierge staff as needed
  • Document incidents, staffing issues, and operational updates for daytime leadership
  • Communicate effectively with property management, regional leadership, and overnight teams
  • Ensure lobbies, front desks, and common areas remain secure, orderly, and presentable
  • Conduct property walks to assess safety, cleanliness, and overall condition
  • Maintain a calm, professional presence while handling sensitive situations
