Requirements

• Two years of luxury hotel experience.
• Strong supervisory skills including decision making, communication, deductive reasoning, and problem solving.
• Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language; additional language skills preferred but not required.
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong customer service, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
• Responsive to constructive feedback from hotel leadership.
• Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervises overnight shift at the Front Desk.
• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining accommodations and establishing payment methods.
• Works closely with staff from all departments to ensure service standards are met.
• Responds to a variety of guest requests, assessing needs and providing personal recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
