About The Position

The Overnight Front Desk/Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to gym members during overnight hours. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, addressing member inquiries, and achieving sales goals through effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and responsibly without immediate supervision.
• Good judgment skills without direct supervision.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Outstanding customer service and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in an overnight role (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members and guests as they enter and leave the club.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner and take messages as needed.
• Check in members and verify membership status.
• Handle member service issues such as lost and found items, new membership cards, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain a professional image and behavior at all times.
• Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from members.
• Give facility tours and sales presentations to incoming guests.
• Turn telephone inquiries into sales appointments.
