Overnight Front Desk Representative (Part Time)
About The Position
The Front Desk Representative @ Emerald Court provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. This is a part time position, Thursday-Saturday, 11pm-7:15pm. Pay range: $17.50-19/hr What will I do every day? Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Have excellent customer service skills
- 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Senior Living experience a plus
- Hotel experience a plus
- Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
- Assist residents with requests as needed
- Answer incoming calls
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
