About The Position

The Overnight Front Desk Manager at Trump Miami Resort Management LLC is responsible for overseeing front office operations during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to quality standards. This role involves monitoring room-related systems, coordinating with various departments, and resolving guest issues effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Front Office, Guest Services, or Housekeeping management experience in a major resort company.
  • Knowledge of computer systems for registration and reservations.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication.
  • Ability to develop associates for advancement within the resort.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training preferred.
  • Ability to obtain any government-required licenses or certificates.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all rooms related systems to ensure outstanding guest experience.
  • Communicate with guests and associates to answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with departments for sales site visits and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure guest reservation policies and procedures are met.
  • Resolve complaints and challenges effectively.
  • Oversee housekeeping procedures and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Facilitate guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Meet with guests to resolve service breakdowns and special requests.
  • Align marketing, resort operations, and revenue management processes.
