We are looking for an Overnight Front Desk Manager leads all overnight operations at the Hotel with the guidance of each respective department head. The Overnight Front Desk Manager will manage and monitor the daily operations of the hotel, supervise and support all Front Office operations and staff, oversee hotel availability, room inventory, increased sales and profitability, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. The Overnight Front Desk Manager will lead by example and embodies the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to balance operational needs with genuine hospitality. Responsibilities

  • Supervising and supporting all front office staff including front desk, bell, and concierge teams-to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Leads daily shift briefings to communicate hotel events, VIPs, offering, updated policies, and occupancy trends while maintaining a strong understanding of all hotel outlets, facilities and local area information
  • Reports and follows up on guest issues with discretion
  • Conducts daily property walks to identify and address concerns with relevant departments
  • Supports the implementation of new policies to ensure staff adhere to performance and attendance standards
  • Oversee all audit procedures to ensure proper documentation and the accuracy of all hotel revenues
  • Assist with the night audit packet to support overnight front desk operations and ensure timely, complaint completion
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
