Responsibilities

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations of the front office.
  • Supervise staff in Bell/Door, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk areas.
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Communicate business objectives and expectations to employees.
  • Manage staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals.
  • Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor adherence to policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Train staff on customer recognition/service programs and credit policies.
  • Participate in employee hiring and orientation processes.
