Requirements

• Must be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (10pm-8am) and feel comfortable working alone.
• Possess computer & accounting skills.
• Possess a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register and assign rooms to guests.
• Assist guests with making or canceling reservations at other locations within the park.
• Accurately follow cash handling procedures and secure bank at all times.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to the hotel services and park locations.
• Prepare reports, statements, folios, and key envelopes for the following day.
• Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
