About The Position

As a food server for the room service team, you will warmly greet guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. You will demonstrate expertise in service delivery for all menu items to provide a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include proactively anticipating guests' needs and effectively communicating with management, chefs, and culinary staff, you will ensure all requests and issues are promptly addressed.

Requirements

• Strong background in a fast-paced, high-volume food and beverage setting with food service experience is preferred
• Flexibility to work various hours as needed, including weekends, holidays, mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
• Proactively anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly and appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Effectively communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address and fulfill any guest or employee requests or issues
