About The Position

Right at Home provides all the training you need to care for beloved Utah Valley adults. We are currently hiring for overnight caregivers only, as we are only offering overnight shifts at this time. We are looking for experienced caregivers who are dependable, confident, and comfortable working independently. Our shifts range from 2 to 10 hours depending on the need, and we can also accommodate back-to-back shifts with paid travel between clients. You have the flexibility to choose how often you work, with a minimum of 12 hours per week requested from caregivers. Communication is key in this role, as we strive to provide consistent schedules based on our clients' needs.

Requirements

• Adult care experience is required (overnight experience preferred).
• A caring demeanor.
• Dependable and quick to respond.
• English proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and insured car.
• Clean background and drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Client care includes personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, such as warming up or cooking food.
• Helping client move or change position.
• Light housekeeping.
• Personal hygiene and dressing (showers, toileting, etc.).
• Errands or appointments.
• Medication reminders, exercises, etc.
