About The Position
The position at Novotel Miami Brickell involves maintaining building security by monitoring and responding to fire alarms, securing doors, performing walk-throughs, and responding to emergency situations. The role requires taking required readings on equipment and contacting the proper authorities when needed. The individual will answer radio calls and respond to guest room and public area calls in a prompt and professional manner according to standards. The position works closely with the Overnight Manager, Auditors, and Loss Prevention, providing services in all areas of the hotel. The candidate must be able to clean guest rooms and provide housekeeping services if required. This role primarily works overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may also work other shifts.
