Overnight Emergency Veterinary Technician
About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Langhorne, PA is hiring a Veterinary Technician to work in our Emergency department! Are you committed and passionate about enriching lives through remarkable care for pets? Shift options include Wednesday–Saturday (4×10‑hour shifts) or Thursday–Saturday (3×12‑hour shifts). Pay: $21.00 - $43.00 / hour This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system. We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For example: Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential We are hiring an exceptional Veterinary Technician to join our team. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Triage and obtain patient history
- Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
- Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
- Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
- Work along side other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
- Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
- Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
