USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Non-CDL Driver to join our team. This position will be located in Cranbury, NJ Job Type: Full-time, Non-CDL Shift Time: OVERNIGHT

Requirements

Ability to operate warehouse equipment
At least 1 year of experience operating a 26-foot box truck
Must be strongly independent.
Must have a valid driver's license and will be required to obtain a current DOT medical card.
Must meet all DOT requirements, including applicable testing, and maintain a driving record that meets company standards.
Customer Service Experience and Driving Experience
Must be able to communicate with all levels of customers, providing excellent customer service

Responsibilities

Make all deliveries in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.
Pick up material from our Central Distribution Center and transfer it to the branch location.
Complete local deliveries to job sites.
Check vehicles for safety and proper maintenance on a daily basis, including insuring proper loading and drivers logs being completed.
Complying with all D.O.T. regulations. Completing all required company and D.O.T. paperwork.
Advise dispatcher of problems or delays as they occur during your delivery run.
Complete all documentation for deliveries including preparation of logs, customer signatures on logs, and out of state mileage logs.
Reporting vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations or damage to the vehicles.
Advise management of problems or delays during your delivery route.
Other duties as assigned by Manager
