Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A team-first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience in a trades enviornment (strongly preferred)
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers
- Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits
- Communicate promotions, sales opportunities, and cross-sell options
- Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately
- Provide general inbound customer service and support
