Requirements
- All you need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, consistency and reliability, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to work as an Overnight Crew Team Member at McDonald's.
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
- Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, or twist
- Reach and grab objects above your head and/or below your waistline
- Good verbal and written communication
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, cashiering, restaurants, or at Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Arby's, Panda Express, Chick-fil-A, KFC, Popeyes, Whataburger, In-N-Out Burger, Canes, and other quick service or fast casual restaurants is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Providing customers with a great experience
- Greeting customers with a smile
- Taking accurate food orders
- Preparing all of McDonald's World-Famous food
- Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
- Keeping the restaurant looking fantastic
- Ensuring items are well stocked
- Other duties as assigned
- Cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant
- Taking orders from Customers and processing payments efficiently and accurately
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to comply with Company policies
- Work in a fast-paced, high-activity area
