About The Position

Pathways, Inc. is seeking compassionate, kind, and hardworking individuals to join our team in one of our OMH residences for children and youth. This position is responsible for ensuring that program youth are adequately supervised and cared for in a safe and therapeutic manner. We offer multiple positions and shifts, with a focus on providing support to our community's most vulnerable individuals.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma and experience with children and/or adolescents with serious emotional disturbances.
• An Associate's degree is preferred.
• Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
• Requires a valid drivers' license that meets insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
