About The Position

All of our Associates have an important role at Brightview Senior Living! The Overnight Concierge will engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone. Responsibilities include answering any questions that residents and guests may have, performing regular safety checks of the community, monitoring security systems, including the emergency call system, and responding accordingly. The Overnight Concierge will also assist the Business Office Director with clerical assignments.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and act with integrity.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in Healthcare, Hospitality, Reception, Office Assistant, Front Desk, Administrative Assistant, Guest Services, or Security.

Responsibilities
