About The Position

The Overnight Clinical Assistant (BHT) provides support for adolescents dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. This role involves establishing open lines of communication with individuals, implementing and enforcing house rules, and transporting clients using a company vehicle. The assistant will also supervise clients during outings, facilitate group sessions, maintain the cleanliness of the facility, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must be able to climb up and down stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+lbs

Nice To Haves

• DPS fingerprint clearance card (preferred- will be required to obtain)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred- will be required to obtain)
• Current TB test (will be required to obtain)
