Requirements

Previous experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or similar role preferred.
Ability to work overnight shifts independently and reliably.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, equipment, and surfaces following established protocols.
Dispose of trash and waste in a timely and sanitary manner.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and dishwashers safely and efficiently.
Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to kitchen hygiene.
Work overnight shifts, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the shift.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule.
