About The Position

Join our dedicated team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club as an Overnight Cleaner (Kitchen), where maintaining a pristine and sanitary kitchen environment is essential to our guests' exceptional dining experience. Working overnight, you will ensure that all kitchen areas are thoroughly cleaned, organized, and ready for the next day's operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a kitchen or hospitality setting, is a plus.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain consistent attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils according to health and safety standards.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly and maintain clean disposal areas.
• Support the kitchen team by ensuring that all areas, including floors, walls, and appliances, are spotless.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies, especially those relating to food safety and sanitation.
• Work efficiently during overnight hours ensuring complete readiness for the next business day.
