Requirements

• Ability to work overnight hours with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
• All employment is contingent upon authorization to work in the United States

• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, restroom, and storage areas
• Restock food, paper goods, and cleaning supplies
• Organize inventory and rotate stock using FIFO
• Remove trash and maintain proper waste disposal
• Complete overnight cleaning and stocking checklists
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
