Requirements

An individual who thrives during the overnight hours.
Fluent in English, with effective communication skills.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
A team-oriented person, ready for the unique dynamics of nighttime work.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable with basic computer operations and POS systems.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
No previous experience required – just a willingness to embrace the nocturnal work lifestyle!

Handle cash register operations swiftly and accurately, even in the quiet hours.

Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area.
Partner with other overnight team members, creating a supportive and respectful atmosphere.

Consistently arrive on time, ready to contribute to the overnight shift.
Ensure every late-night guest has a pleasant and satisfying visit.
Address and resolve customer issues with efficiency and a positive demeanor.
Adhere to Dunkin' Donuts’ high standards, delivering quality service and products.
Introduce customers to promotional items and new offerings.
Adhere to procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and security.
