Requirements

• A genuine passion for caring for seniors and helping others
• Driver’s License & reliable transportation with insurance
• Smartphone access (for scheduling and communication)
• Prior caregiving experience (preferred, but we provide training)
• Ability to respect client confidentiality and provide professional, reliable care

Responsibilities

• Provide caring assistance with personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)
• Offer companionship and reassurance overnight
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal/snack preparation
• Follow each client’s personalized care plan
• Communicate effectively with families and our care team
