Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and interview screening
Nice To Haves
- Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, flexible, and professional demeanor
- Professional appearance with a commitment to quality care
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to navigate stairs and assist with client mobility
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients’ homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and light exercise
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands and provide transportation
- Follow each client’s individualized Home Plan of Care
