Overnight Caregiver
About The Position
Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate Non-Clinical Caregivers to provide support and companionship to seniors in their homes. If you're passionate about helping others and want to make a real impact—without clinical or medical responsibilities—this is the role for you! As a non-clinical caregiver, you’ll assist clients with: Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming assistance) Meal preparation and light housekeeping Mobility support and safety supervision Companionship and emotional support Transportation to appointments or errands Observing and reporting changes in condition to supervisors No medical tasks (such as administering medication or wound care) are required.
Requirements
- 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred (home or facility) - Willing to train
- A genuine desire to help others
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable commuting to Lombard, IL, and the surrounding areas
