Overnight Cabana Cleaner – Waterpark Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Overnight Cabana Cleaner – Waterpark. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all reserved guest areas in the waterpark after hours. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the waterpark.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning positions in a large waterpark, recreational facility, or hotel/resort is helpful
- Must be able to frequently work in outdoor hot/humid/sunny weather conditions as well as indoor warm/humid environments
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Understand operating instructions, hazardous material warnings, and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies such as Gas and/or Electric Power Washers, Floor Scrubbers, Mops/Buckets, Gas mask, Muriatic acid, and bleach.
- Empty trash and keep trashcans clean and sweep and mop waterpark areas.
- Assure that proper cleaning supplies are used when cleaning floors.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all utility work areas.
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, safety guidelines and training programs for all waterpark venues.
