About The Position
Immediately Hiring Overnight Full Time Customer Support Representatives ! AnswerOne is looking for Bilingual Customer Support Representatives for the overnight hours to join our team! This position acts as an answering service receptionist for our medical and commercial clients, taking messages, light appointment setting and dispatching out critical needs to the appropriate contacts. We have supportive and compassionate teams that are collaborative and dedicated in a fast paced environment. We focus on teamwork and exceeding our client's expectations. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and computer literacy for Onsite, Full Time shifts. We provide all the paid training in a positive team environment designed for your success!
Requirements
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows based environment
- Good attendance
- The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Availability to work one weekend day
- Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently
Responsibilities
