About The Position

The Overnight Bellman / Valet position at Buffalo Marriott HARBORCENTER involves providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and friendly first impression. Requirements

• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Previous customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and inform them of hotel services and features.
• Attend to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Drive, park, and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist the Night Audit team and maintain a presence within the hotel throughout the night.
