Are you a night owl with a passion for baking? Join our Dunkin’ team as an Overnight Baker and play a key role in preparing the fresh donuts, and other sweet treats our guests love each morning. In this behind-the-scenes role, you’ll work independently during overnight hours to craft high-quality baked goods with care, consistency, and pride.   If you thrive in a quiet, fast-paced kitchen environment and take satisfaction in starting someone’s day off right, this is the opportunity for you!

Requirements

• Previous baking or kitchen prep experience (preferred but not required - we’ll train the right fit!)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, overnight environment
• Pride in your work and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, and bagels - always fresh, always on time
• Follow Dunkin’ recipes and quality standards with precision and consistency
• Operate commercial baking equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets health and safety standards
• Coordinate production timelines to ensure products are ready for the morning rush
• Communicate with your team to stay ahead of demand
• Support store success with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
