About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager for a 7-Eleven franchisee, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional store experience for guests. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including staffing, training, vendor relations, and inventory management, while maximizing sales and profits.
